Description

The new Fat A.Z. Rod Holder Extension Bracket by Fat A.Z. Musky Products is great for boats where the track is mounted further inboard. The extension gets your rod out even further to get a perfectly vertical down rod in situations where it would otherwise be impossible.

When used with one of our slanted base rod holders, you can alternatively mount the uprights on the other side of the extension bracket to accommodate boats that don't have a wide enough gunwale for a track. In these cases you can simply mount your track on the inside of your gunwale and mount the rod holder base vertically, giving you the full function of a typical rod holder.

The Fat A.Z. Rod Holder Extension Bracket can be used with both of our straight and slanted rod holders. The Fat A.Z. Rod Holder family has grown to include:

Straight – The original, straight base.

Slanted – Most popular. Provides extra reach over the side of your gunwale.

Rail Mount – By popular demand, this rail mount base is just as tippable, tension-adjustable with all the angles of the other versions. Rotating the base gives you control over the amount of reach your holder has for a straighter down rod.

Clamp-On – Everything you love about the Fat A.Z. Rod Holders paired with the Down-East S-10 Double Clamp rod holder. Available with the S-10 or just bracket and hardware.
